YOU NEED
(use organic ingredients when possible)
* 2 c self rising flour (if you don’t have any, combine 2 c all purpose flour with 3 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp sea salt)
* 1 1/4 c plain, full fat greek yogurt
WHAT TO DO
– preheat oven to 350, line a baking sheet with parchment paper
– combine flour and greek yogurt, and mix with hands until ball forms
– place on a lightly floured surface, knead for a minute, then divide into 4 pieces
– roll each one into a log and attach the ends
– place on the baking sheet and repeat for other 3 pieces
– brush some filtered water on top
– bake for 22-24 minutes
let cool, then store in an airtight container up to 3 days at room temp or 5 days in the fridge
