Ingredient
Poha (medium or thin)1 cup
Sooji (fine semolina)3 tbsp
Dahi (fresh curd)½ cup
Salt to taste
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Green chilli paste ½ tsp
Oil (for tadka)1 tbsp
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Curry leaves 5–6 Dry leaves
red chilli1–2
Hing (asafoetida)a pinch
Water as needed for steaming
