Ingredients:

⢠20g vanilla protein powder
⢠4 espresso shots (cooled)
⢠Ladyfinger biscuits or keto ladyfingers (as needed)
⢠Cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, vanilla essence, and protein powder until smooth and creamy.
2. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso shots (donât soak too long).
3. Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers as the base.
4. Spread a layer of the prepared creamy mixture on top.
5. Repeat the layers if desired and smooth the top.
6. Dust generously with cocoa powder.
7. Refrigerate for 5â6 hours until set.
