Recipe for 5-6 parathas
Ingredients
IN HINDI
शिमला मिर्च – 2 कद्दूकस किए हुए
हल्दी पाउडर – 1/2 चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 छोटा चम्मच
जीरा – 1 चम्मच
हरी मिर्च – 2 कटी हुई
गरम मसाला – 1/3 चम्मच
नमक – स्वादानुसार
दही – 2 बड़े चम्मच
गेहूं का आटा – 1 और 1/2 कप
पानी – आटा गूंधने के लिए आवश्यकतानुसार
तेल – पराठा तलने के लिए
IN ENGLISH
Capsicum – 2 grated
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Green Chillies – 2 chopped
Garam Masala – 1/3 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Yogurt – 2 tbsp
Wheat Flour – 1&1/2 cup
Water – as needed to knead dough
Oil – for frying paratha
