A new what I eat in a day video featuring completely vegan / whole food plant based recipes, smoothies and meals… Basically the kind of food I eat when it isn’t a cheat day!

On cheat days I like to relax and eat as much food as I want and will be eating whatever food I feel like… On other days I am certainly not strict with my diet – I enjoy a flexible diet that is a mostly plant based diet but makes room for treats and any other products I want… However I tend to keep it mostly whole foods, vegan or vegetarian, a little junk here and there but a lot of protein, fruits and vegetables.
In this video I made my usual smoothie with blueberries, bananas and vega plant protein, a pad thai containing tofu / tempeh… as well as some leftover lentil soup (lentils, onion, garlic and fajita spices) and some steamed potatoes.

Check out The Game Changers on Netflix as well if you are into fitness like myself (perhaps enjoy lifting weights / bodybuilding / olympic weightlifting or CrossFit, doing sports, are an athlete or endurance athlete / runner or maybe prefer cycling or something else… it’s very easy to consume healthy whole food plant based foods and it certainly helps me).
