The Best Cauliflower Crust Gluten Free Healthy and Low Calorie Low- Carb delicious Pizza worth Trying!

Prep Time 35 minutes!

Ingredients:
1 Egg
150g Parmesan Cheese
100-150g Mozarella Cheese
One Bag or 2 cups Cauliflower rice/or shred yourself
Any other toppings are per your choice.
The whole 15” Pizza is 450 calories, which is approximately 75 calories per slice!

1. Put the Cauliflower rice into the skillet on a medium heat and mix it until the moisture is gone and it becomes light brown (around 15 minutes).Let cool for about 10 minutes
2. Mix egg in a bowl
3. Add Parmesan cheese to egg and mix
4. When Cauliflower is cooled add to the egg/parmesan mixture and mix well with hand.
5. Add the mixture into the parchment paper, and start widening with palm of Your hand until its medium thin and circle about 15”
6. Transfer to the preheated oven 350f for 20 minutes
7. Take out, spread with any toppings of your choice mozarella cheese and put back for another 5-7 mins.
