A favorite and filling dish famous to be served as breakfast or snack dish along with aloo dum curry, spicy chutney or achaar is Atta Ka Pitha. It is extremely healthy because of its high protein, carbohydrate and fibre content and is prepared without the use of any oil.

Ingredient’s:
1. One Cup Rice
2. One Cup Chana Daal (Bengal Gram)
3. 2 TSP Salt (Or as per taste)
4. 10-12 Green Chilli
5. 5-6 Garlic (lehsun) Cloves
6. 1 TSP Whole Coriander (Khada Dhaniya)
7. 1 TSP Cummins & Black Pepper (Jeera aur kali mirch)
8. 1 TSP Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder)
9. 1 TSP Oil 0r Ghee
