Cauliflower Pizza Crust Recipe:
500 gr. raw cauliflower
2 eggs
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t minced garlic
3 T grated parmesan
1 T coconut flour *
2 T almond flour *
dried herbs of your choice
*I added these flours for extra nutrition and also because it helps to make the pizza crust more dry but you may omit them if you like but then you should use only 1 egg.
