This is a quick healthy salad that Mrs. O whipped up out of nowhere and it was so refreshing and tasty. You could have it by itself or with whatever accompaniment you like. A great way to finish your day by having a light meal that is full of all the good green stuff!

INGREDIENTS:
– White cabbage
– Cucumber
– Onion
– Tomatoes
– Bell Peppers
– Parsley
– Olive Oil
– Black Pepper
