¼ Pound (6 Slices) Deli Chicken Meat, Sliced
4 Slices Bacon, Cooked and Cut in Half
4 Slice Swiss Cheese (Or Provolone)
Baby Spinach
½ Small Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
Spread:
¼ Cup Basil Pesto Sauce
¼ Cup Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce (Recipe Below)
¼ Cup Avocado Spread (Recipe Below)
Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto:
¼ Cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Oil, Drained
1 Teaspoon Primal Kitchen Mayo with Avocado Oil
Avocado Spread:
1 Avocado (Firm But Ripe), Peeled and Mashed
Juice from ½ Limes (2 Teaspoons)
1 Teaspoon Green Onions, Thinly Chopped
