I am back with another quick and healthy recipe – Roasted Sweet Potato. I know many of you would have sweet potato leftover from Sankranti or Pongal, which you can use to make this recipe. This recipe is very good for digestive system, thanks to the fibrous content in sweet potato and also low calorie, high nutrition snack for weight watchers. Please leave me a feedback when you try this recipe.
INGREDIENTS
Sweet potato (boiled and cut) – 1 to 2
Dry ginger powder – 1/2 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Cardamom shells – 4 to 5
Cloves (powdered) – 1 tsp
Jaggery – 4 to 5 tbsp
Butter or Ghee – 1to 2 tbsp
