For Vegetable masala

Ingredients:
1.Butter-half cube
2.Garlic chopped-1tbsp
3.chilli flakes:1/3tsp
4.Red bell pepper-1/3cup (chopped)
5.Green bell pepper-1/3cup(chopped)
6.Yellow bell pepper-1/3cup(chopped)
7.Sweet corn -1/3cup
8. Spinach-1/3cup(chopped)
9.Salt as per taste
10.Dry herb-1tsp
11.Chaat masala-1tsp
12.black pepper-1/2tsp

Method:
1.In a pan add butter add chopped garlic sauté for a minute.
2.Add red ,yellow,green bell pepper and add sweet corn saute for 2 minutes on a high flame.
3.Add salt as per taste.
4.Add chaat masala ,black pepper, dry herb sauté for 1min.
5.Add chopped spinach and mix well leave to cool down.

For Curd
ingredients:
1.Curd:3tbsp
2.Coriander leaves-1/3cup

Method:
In a bowl add curd add prepared vegetables masala add coriander chopped mix well.

Grilling
1.Spread butter on both sides of bread add vegetables masala layer on top add pinch of oregano.
2. Apply some butter on grill pan grill sandwich on a medium heat.
3.Grill both sides until crispy and golden.
4.Cut into any shape serve with chutney.
