The first healthy vegan recipe is my healthy Air-fryer Vegetable Spring rolls with tofu, rainbow vegetables and glass thread noodles, very easy to follow step by step vegan cooking recipe, suitable for inexperienced vegan cooks. These tofu vegetable spring rolls are so tasty, they are vegan, plant based, vegetarian and can easily be totally oil free, just fry the veg in water rather than a dash of olive oil and no oil is needed to air fry these vegan spring rolls. These are a full nutritious nourishing vegan meal in a spring roll, with tips and nutrition advice as always…. I am sharing my batch making recipe as, while i’m making my vegetable spring rolls, I will freeze some for a lazy vegan dinner another night.
