Dry ingredients
1 cup buckwheat flour (100 grams)
1 cup rice flour (100 grams)
1 cup chickpea flour (100 grams)
½ cup tapioca flour
2 tablespoon Flax seed meal
11/2 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
Salt to taste

Wet Ingredients
11/2 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoon maple syrup
Olive Oil for greasing
Seeds for topping (pumpkin, flax seeds, sesame )
