In today’s video Chris and I are whipping up some healthy Christmas cookies! It’s a pretty chill video today, nothing too exciting but we hope you guys enjoy it. Also, if you’d like to make these yourself the recipe is down below!

RECIPE
Healthy Cookies (Oatmeal-Cranberry) – not vegan
Dry Bowl:
2 ¼ cup of whole wheat flour
1 teasp baking soda
¾ cup of rolled oats
3 ½ tsp cinnamon
2 mullein spice mix teabag (or clove, ground)
Wet Bowl:
1 cup butter softened (Earth Balance)
2 bags of stevia
¾ cup applesauce
2 grated bananas
¼ cup of maple syrup
3 teasp vanilla concentrate
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Add dry bowl to wet bowl and add the “good stuff”
Good stuff:
1 cup of ground walnuts
1.5 cup of fresh cranberries
Shape cookies onto cookie sheet
Bake at for 8-10 minutes. For a chewy cookie only edges should turn golden brown
