In today’s vlog I’m going to share my afternoon to night routine. Today’s Menu for dinner is simple easy quick and healthy. I made Palak rice which I’d very healthy and one pot meal. kantola/ Kankoda/ Spiky gourd is one of the healthiest vegetables and the sabji I made is simple but very yummy. you just need onion and basic masala that’s it.
Today I made rice roti with some different way and it came out perfect soft. it’s a must try method for soft roti.
this rice roti with kantola shaak/sabji and palak rice is perfect combo with some pickle or salad. It’s a basic thali which you can make for dinner.
