Black beans lettuce Greek yogurt cheese salsa and it was yummy today was a not so good day for my blood sugar even an hour after these meals my blood sugar was not in the target range less than 130 some days that just happens I needed
A little pickme up so I had some greens and energy Fizz and then for dinner I just had a MJ pod I guess you could say poppers double eggs sausage wings the wings made me sick so I ended up eating cabbage and sausage and it was so good
