CHEESY AVOCADO SANDWICH

Ingredients
2 medium avocados
Paneer
8 multigrain bread slices
1 lemon
4 tbsps chopped onions
4 tbsps chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
3 green chillies, chopped
Salt to taste
Herb butter as required
Method
1. Cut the avocado, remove seed and scoop out the flesh. Mash with the help of a fork.
2. Squeeze lemon. Add onions, tomatoes, coriander, green chillies and mix well.
3. Add salt and mix well.
4. Apply herb butter on all bread slices and spread a generous portion of avocado on 4 slices.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and processed cheese on top. Cover with remaining bread slices.
6. Heat a nonstick tawa. Add butter and place the prepared sandwich and apply butter on the upper surface.
7. Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Cut into triangles and serve hot with tartar sauce and potato chips.
