ingredients list
2lbs chicken
1 pack (beef bacon) 45 calorie kind
2×8 pack extreme wellness wraps
400g diced peppers
1 back Mexican 4 cheese 2% reduced

Sauce mix
300g plain Greek yogurt
60g honey or hot honey
40g Dijon mustard
20g mustard (optional I added)
8g garlic powder
2g black pepper
1g salt

Instructions
Season your chicken breast
Salt, pepper, garlic powder.

Air fryer 300 for 35 min

Chop up your beef bacon and cook that entire pack with 400 g of diced bell peppers. Tip

Sauce mix ( honey mustard )

300g plain Greek yogurt
60g honey or hot honey
40g Dijon mustard
20g mustard (optional I added)

mix all this together into one pan and disperse evenly onto 16 extreme wellness wraps the extreme wellness wraps come in packs of eight. They are 60 cal apiece.
