Ingredients :
1. Bitter gourd ( Kalara / Karela ) – 3 nos ( medium )
2. Fresh boiled rice ( Usuna Bhata ) – 2 cups or 1 bowl dry and cool rice ( you can use raw rice or basmati rice )
3. Chopped garlic cloves ( 6-8 nos )
4. Diced Onion – 1 ( medium )
5. Finely chopped coriander leaves
6. Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
7. Dry red chilli – 2 nos
8. Salt to taste
9. Oil – 2 tbsp
