Here is the detailed recipe of healthy sooji chilla
1. In a bowl take 1 bowl of suji, one fourth bowl of
dahi and mix using water.
2. Make a batter and add 1 chopped onion,
half chopped tomato, half chopped capsicum,
chopped green chili and garlic along with half tbsp
of salt, half tbsp haldi powder, half tbsp coriander
powder, half tbsp chilli flakes and half tbsp garam
masala and some coriander leaves.
3. Give a good mix and adjust consistency. It
should not be runny.
4. Grease tawa with some ghee or oil and spread
the batter.
5. Cook for both sides and enjoy.
