This easy and healthy salad recipe is packed with fiber, hydration, and nutrients — perfect for weight loss, detox, or as a light side dish. Made with fresh cucumber, radish, lemon, and herbs, this salad is simple yet bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
3 radish, thinly sliced
Few fresh frisee letruce or aragula
Cherry tomatoes for garnish
Feta cheese crumbled -30gm for garnish
For salad lemon mustard dressing
olive oil -50ml
lemon juice -1no
salt – to taste
Black pepper -2gm
Mustard paste -5gm
Mint chopped -10 to 12 leaf
Method:
1. Wash and thinly slice the radish and cucumber (you can use a mandoline slicer for even slices).
2. In a mixing bowl, add cucumber, radish, with dressing .
3. In a mixing bowl add lettuce with dressing
4. spread the bed of lettuce add cucumber slice and red raddish .
5.add crumbled cheese with cherry tomato,
6. Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes for a refreshing crunch.
