This no-knead spelt bread is soft inside, crispy outside, and made entirely in the air fryer 🌻🍞

🥄 Ingredients
150 g light spelt flour
150 g wholemeal spelt flour
300 ml warm water
10 g fresh yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
1 level tsp salt

🌻Seeds:
20 g pumpkin seeds
20 g sunflower seeds
10 g flax seeds

👩‍🍳 Instructions
In a large bowl, combine both flours, water, yeast, sugar, salt, and all the seeds
Mix everthing well, very well 🙂 with a spoon
The dough should be soft, sticky, and quite loose

Cover and let the dough rise for at least 60 minutes

Transfer the dough into a 20×12 cm loaf pan lined with parchment paper
Let it rest for another 20 minutes

Bake using the “Bake” setting at 165°C (330°F) for 40 minutes
