In the grand finale of our 7-day series, we are making a thick, creamy, and guilt-free Healthy Cold Coco. I’ve swapped refined sugar for soft black dates and used Amul sugar-free dark chocolate for that premium taste. The secret to the thickness? Cooling Gond Katira!
Ingredients:
• Soaked Gond Katira (2-3 tbsp)
• Milk (2 cups)
• Cocoa powder (1 tbsp)
• Soft Black Dates (4-5)
• Amul Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate
Method:
1. Add milk, cocoa powder, pitted dates, and chocolate to a blender.
2. Add the soaked Gond Katira for that thick texture.
3. Blend until frothy and serve chilled!
