Including Salad, in diet, every day is a great way to have these fresh leafy vegetables. We can do a lot of variations by adding nuts, sprouts or seeds, and other veggies. For seasoning, we can add different dressings. Let me know how you like this basic variety of salad recipes. I will include more such recipes in the future based on your feedback and response.
Ingredients: (serves – 2)
1. Herb Mix – a bunch
2. Lettuce – 1 cup
3. sunflower seeds – 1 tbsp
4. Salad dressing – 2 tbsp
5. Olive oil – 1 tsp
6. Crotons – few
7. Cherry tomatoes – few (optional)
