In this vlog, I will be walking you through my post-vacation reset routine. It includes grocery shopping, healthy recipes I make for the week ahead, rest time, laundry, cleaning up, taking time to go have an active recovery day, and more. Also – while being extremely productive is good for certain times, it is also extremely important to take time for your mental and physical health. Going on walks/runs to clear your mind, taking time to create nutritious and delicious food, and also relaxing and reading a book or watching a show is EXTREMELY important. Reminder that there is productivity in the unproductive moments – some of these moments are where you truly reset and prepare for the week ahead.
