Day 29: Peas on Toast
This is a super easy healthy snack option for y’all..🫶🫶
Ingredients:
Bread
Butter
Peas: shell 15-18 peas
Green chilli:1
Ginger: 5-7 gms
Salt
Lime juice
Oregano
Chilli Flakes
Chopped Tomatoes
Black Pepper
Steps:
•Shell the peas and boil them in mildly salted water for 10 mins or until soft.
•Grind together the boiled peas along with 1 green chilli,salt(as per taste),ginger and lime juice. (Add only 1 tsp of water if required).
•Toast a bread with some butter. Apply a generous amount of the peas mixture onto the bread. Add some oregano and chilli flakes for seasoning. Then some chopped tomatoes and finally sprinkle some black pepper on top.
