Cooking:
– Roast 1 cup oats over a medium flame till it starts to change colour
– Soak 1 cup pitted dates and soak with 1 cup hot water for 30 minutes
– Drain 3/4th of the water after 30 min
– Grind the oats to a fine powder
– Now add dates, 1/3rd cup peanut butter and 1 tbsp cocoa powder. Blend as smooth as possible
– Take the mix and add butter
-Mix everything well and divide into 6 equal parts
– Roll the dough ball in chopped nuts (optional)
– Press in a cup cake mould and poke a hole
– Add peanut butter and layer with melter dark chocolate
