The secret to a creamy and delicious bowl of oats is 1 part oats to 2 parts liquid. For liquid you can use milk or water or do a combination of both. In this video I use 1/2 cup oats to 1 cup liquid.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
Topping:
💧Banana apple cinnamon and peanut butter:
Banana
Apple
Dash of cinnamon
Drizzle of peanut butter
1 stick of cinnamon whiles cooking the oats
💧Berries and hempseed/hearts :
Combination of berries
Tsp or more of hempseed
💧Chocolate cranberries and coconut:
Coconut flakes
Cranberries
1 tsp of vanilla extract for oats
1tsp and half cocoa powder
