This may mean you need to swap:
-Low calorie/carb bread👉🏼 real bread & bagels
-Egg whites👉🏼 whole eggs
-Avoiding carbs👉🏼 including starchy carbs with each meal
-Fearing fats👉🏼cooking with oil and adding more fats to meals & snacks
-Avoiding liquid calories👉🏼adding full fat cream to your coffee
