📋 INGREDIENTS:
– 17.5 oz / 500g cooked and shredded chicken (season to taste)
– 1 tablespoon grated onion
– Oregano, black pepper, dehydrated garlic (or crushed garlic), paprika, salt, parsley to taste
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 3 tablespoons ricotta, cottage or low fat white cheese
For breading:
– 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
– 2 tablespoons grated cheese
– Paprika and salt to taste
Makes 15 servings, each with approximately 75 calories, 0.6g of carbohydrates (0.2g of fiber), 11g of protein and 2g of fat.
Bake at 390°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
