This is one of the most easiest and healthiest simple recipe made of Capsicum and Mashroom. You can tweak it as you like such as you can bake, stir fry or use less oil or no oil at all.

Rich in Vitamin A, B, C D, B6, antioxidant and many more this dish is low fat, low calorie, good in protein, almost no cholesterol and supports healthy immune system.

The pH level is high which is counter to acidic cancerous environment. Is very beneficial to weight loss.

The dish is tasty, amazing, fulfilling.
