Hi! This is a quick and easy snack recipe. Traditionally cutlets are deep fried but this recipe is a healthier version of the same. You may substitute with any vegetables of your choice and omit paneer.

To make bread crumbs:

Take 3 slices of brown bread and grind it in a mixer jar.

To make oats flour, take 1/4 cup of oats and grind it.
